Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between the business you represent and Meridiano Finance LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (registration number 10807813, formed on 15 October 2026), with its registered address at 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, DE 19901, USA ("Meridiano", "we" or "us"). They govern the use of the Meridiano platform. By using the platform, the business you represent agrees to them.

What Meridiano is

Meridiano is a software platform for cross-border payouts. We are not a bank and we are not a money transmitter. We do not take custody of customer funds. Balances are held, and payments are executed, by licensed infrastructure partners with whom each customer enters into their own relationship as part of onboarding.

Who can use it

The platform is available to businesses only. It is not offered to consumers, and it may not be used to send money for personal, family or household purposes. Each customer must complete business verification before it can move funds.

Accounts

Each person who uses the platform does so under their own named account. Customers are responsible for who they invite, for the permissions they grant, and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us immediately at support@meridianofinance.com if an account may have been compromised.

Payments

When a customer instructs a payment, Meridiano passes that instruction to its licensed partner, which executes it. Delivery times depend on the destination rail and on the receiving institution, and are outside our control. An instruction cannot be recalled once it has been submitted.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the beneficiary details they enter. A payment sent to a valid but incorrect account or wallet address may not be recoverable.

Rates and fees

Exchange rates move continuously. The rate applicable to a payment is the rate quoted at the moment that payment is confirmed, and is shown before confirmation. Our fee is stated separately from the rate. Network fees on stablecoin payments are passed through at cost.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to evade sanctions, to launder money, to finance terrorism, or to make payments on behalf of an undisclosed third party. Customers must give truthful information during verification and keep it current.

Suspension

We may suspend an account or hold a payment where we are required to by law, where our licensed partner instructs us to, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. Where we are permitted to explain, we will.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and outages at underlying payment rails can delay payments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridiano is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from the use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to customers before they take effect, and the date above will be updated.
